GENERAL TERMS

I will not accept commissions with deadlines so I request your patience when commissioning me as I do want to provide you, the client, with the best quality of work I can create. I value and appreciate the trust that you put on me.I have the right to accept or deny a commission. I will most definitely not accept NFT commissions.Communications and updates, I would only be in contact for your approvals of my works. It is to ensure that there's a clear communication between us and for important details to not be clogged with other messages. If you wish for constant updates please do inform me. You can view the status of your commission in the Queue section of my carrd.

COPYRIGHT&USAGE

• As the artist I have the full rights to my art: I will be using commissioned pieces to be presented in my portfolio or commission samples and my social media platforms.• As the commissioner you have the rights to post the piece in any social platforms. Proper credits would be extremely appreciated.• Clients cannot: edit, alter, or make another artist continue or trace the works I have made in the case of cancellation.• My commissions are for personal use only. Any commercial, NFTs, reselling or making a general profit out of the progress or finished artworks that I created are strictly prohibited.• Anyone other than you, the client, and me, the artist, DOES NOT have rights for publish/repost of my art unless there are proper permissions from me and my client.

PROCESS

• Message me in twitter, facebook or discord.• I will ask for other contact details to ensure we do not lose contact of each other.• Please provide a complete reference of the character or person you want, this includes the pose, character reference sheet, another artwork or pictures I can use as reference. I DO NOT create custom characters.• I will provide constant updates in QUEUE section of my carrd.• I will allow 5 free revisions during the phases before the final rendering, I will ask for your approvals. anything exceeding 5 revisions would cost $5-$10 depending on complexity.• Turnaround time can be as short as 1-2 weeks or as long as a month depending on how complex I find the piece to be or other personal factors.• Once the artwork is done and is paid, I will ask for an E-mail you'd like to receive your commission from.• You will receive HD versions of you commissioned piece [ 1 w/ plain background, 1 w/ transparent background, 1 w/ plain background and w/o the watermark] via E-mail.

PAYMENT&REFUND

Q: Where can I pay?
A: PayPal (USD, PHP), GCash (PHP)In order for a client to secure a slot, a minimum down payment of 50% will be required, and the rest can be paid once the artwork is finished. A client can forfeit their slot as long as there are no payments involved yet.Strictly no refunds once I have started working on your piece. I will do my best to complete your work so if you can avoid cancelling please do! please understand I'm only trying to make an income for myself.
